Consulting Partner and Principal
Stace has a degree in mechanical engineering and began her development career at a Denver utility company. She led a number of teams that designed and implemented real-time software to control the utility’s generation of electricity.
Subsequently, she changed careers and became a corporate trainer. Working first for the utility company and then starting her own consulting firm, she has provides performance improvement and training services to a variety of both public and private sector clients on a full range of technical and interpersonal topics.
Stace has designed and presented workshops for classroom and synchronous web delivery on more than two dozen subjects to thousands of people in organizations throughout the United States and internationally. She believes that learning, like work itself, is a great adventure, and she delivers services and solutions that are engaging, practical, and that help people in organizations work better together.

Fun Factoid
Stace pursues outdoor recreation as passionately as she does her work. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve as a volunteer instructor with the National Sports Center for the Disabled, where she assists children with behavioral health disabilities and adults with traumatic brain injuries or vision challenges in experiencing the joys of skiing and rock climbing.
